A North Carolina man is battling a rare condition that has doctors baffled.
“One day I woke up and it was just like this.” Reports Daniel McCaskill, while posing for our photo this week.
Doctors believe a low testosterone level is a contributing factor, but do not have a direct cause for the milky substance that appears on the mans head multiple times per week.
McCaskill says the substance can be removed with a sharp razor. “It’s a lot like shaving, except it’s on my head.”, he claims.
Apparently, the substance only appears in the morning hours, and prior to important life events. Doctors believe there is some correlation.
McCaskill tells Channel 23 that he will, “Just roll with it.” that way and that he is not actively searching for a cure.
