New Milford woman cited for Spousal Mistreatment

Crystle Troiano, 33 of New Milford was cited by New Milford police Thursday due to her conduct towards her husband. Details surrounding the incident are murky but directly relate to Mrs. Troiano refusing to watch an episode of House of Cards, a popular program on the popular streaming service Netflix. While in itself, the refusal is not cruel, but the fact that she refused to let him watch on his own amounted to torture, officers at the scene said. Mr Troiano in in fair condition and will persevere but long term emotional effects are unknown.
