An East Dubuque woman was arrested for noise distance Thursday morning. A neighbor called authorities when they heard loud booming noises coming from the residence of Nicole M.Meyer. When Police arrived, a Great Dane named Ricky Bobby, greeted and welcomed officers into the residence. They found Meyer asleep on the couch with the wash machine being off balance. If you actually believe this shit, you need to re-evaluate your life.
