Ronald McCready, 46, of Norfolk Virginia was arrested and charged with solicitation and theft regarding an earlier report from midget prostitutes who claimed that McCready had hired them for sex and then didn’t pay them. When reached for comment and asked why he hired the midget prostitutes and then didn’t pay them, Mr McCready responded that he was horny and short on cash.
