Norfolk Man Charge With Involuntary Manslaughter

On June 29, 2017, Norfolk Police were called out to the Ocean View area for a simple assault case that turned deadly. Michael Davis 36, is charged with involuntary manslaughter beating in the death of Shawn Mings 38, Davis was arrested in the 9600 block of 19th Bay St on Thursday. Davis is being held in Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
