Unites States Army Combat Veteran, Matthew Obenza says he never plays the lottery nor gambles in casino, but on Thursday June 29th while buying a pack of ciggarettes he chose to say why not and bought a lottery ticket.
To his surprise he won $1.3Billion dollars. When asked what he will do with the money he simply replied “Uh….”
