Peggy frederick age 30 of crossville tn was arrested the morning of June 30th 2017 for killing local wild bear with shovel upon arrival deputy howdy duty found Mrs frederick holding a shovel standing over the bear covered in blood after moments of calming Mrs frederick down the deputy than relised it wasn’t a bear it was just a rug and the blood may be human and there was no body found suspect will be held in custody pending a investigation
