A Perrysburg local man was arrested for three counts of assault in a small neighborhood within the Perrysburg Township.
Eugene Cutcher, 37, of Perrysburg, Ohio, was apprehended in a local golf course, completely nude, and intoxicated, after the assaulting of three golf course attendants, while running one of them over with a golf cart driven by security officer. It is also believed that he was chasing geese and quacking very loudly. How Mr. Cutcher was able to obtain the golf cart from the security personnel is still in question.
Mr. Cutcher was released and $50,000 bond earlier this morning. No further details of been released.
