On June 30 around 5:00pm in the West Oak Lane section of the city, A Philadelphia resident was caught by members of the community humping cats against their feline will. She allegedly was screaming “yeah, pussy” as she did it.
The SPCA was notified shortly after but nothing was investigated further as it was her first feline humping incident.
The cats were not harmed.
