A Fort Worth man arrested in the rape and strangulation of a woman near Texas Christian University last month went on to kill a Plano woman whose body was found in Lake Ray Hubbard days later, police said Friday.
Police say Fernando Flores, 23, has also been linked to at least two previous rapes, but he was never prosecuted. They are now looking from Dallas-Fort Worth to Arkansas for other possible murder or sexual assault victims.
