Power Ball Winner Claims 7 Million

Christel Marshall Garst is the holder of the 7 Million dollar ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Roadrunner #7 on Snapps Ferry Rd Greeneville TN. Ms.Garst says first thing she will do is purchase a house with the winnings. She then will set up a trust fund for her daughter Deondra & granddaughter Mallorie. Then she will give her older children a lump sum. And of course she said her mother Diane and sisters Beverly, Joann and Donna would be very happy with her. Well she said she loves her family and will share with them all including nephews and nieces. Ms. Garst said she don’t gamble, but she just felt impressed to buy a ticket. She didn’t realize she had the winning numbers until she watched the recording of the news broadcast on her dvr. Congratulations Ms. Garst.
