Last night MPD was in south Monroe doing an undercover Prostitution operation when officers spotted Ivory Wade and Kemper Scott standing outside the store asking women for sex exchange for money . The two suspects was booked in OCC charged with soliciting prostitue .They also had warm cheeseburgers in there pockets
