Richmond resident arrested after authorities connected him to narcotics inside his home

Authorities in Richmond ,CA received numerous tips about Alex Chao after local citizens discovered oxycodone in their vehicles that was serviced by Chao. The suspect works at a Honda car dealership. Chao was identified at a local restaurant in his area. He claims to have been set up and is looking to sue the arresting athorities for insufficient evidence to support their claim.
