Richmond woman charged with promoting male prostitution.

Richmond, KY woman charged with 24 counts of male prostitution. Authorities said they had been conducting a 3 month investigation on her and had several men willing to testify against her that they had worked for her making thousands of dollars by her pimping them out. When questioning the subject involved she stated “Men are all dogs anyway, so I might as well make money off them!”
