Ricky Joseph St.Charles Parish man badly beat by police

A little after 2 a.m n the morning a black male was stopped on the way to his house.He was ask to put his hands behind his back but he refused so he was beaten bad and had to be rushed to the nearest hospital. He is labeled in critical condition with life threatening injuries.
