Rome Teen Charged With 1st Degree Rape, Assault and Battery, and Theft

Rome teen found fleeing the scene from Riverwood apartments after stealing money from, raping, and beating the victim of a 16 year old girl, who wishes not to be named. Teen looking at 20 to life years in prison with no bail. He was apprehended at 10:09 p.m and the victim will be pressing charges.
