A Saint Charles couple get the shock of thier life when they scratched off a ticket on Wednesday to find they had won a free vacation a year for life. Robert and Brandy Smith say they already travel alot but now they won’t have to pay for it. The couple plans on taking their first vacation in September for thier anniversary to Hawaii.
