Santa Clara County Substance Abuse counselor Charged with Assault while in Family court

On June 29, 2017 while attending family court for on going custody battle with ex husband. Mrs. Chavez had a verbal dispute with ex husband’s Fiance in court hallway. The verbal dispute led to a physical altercation and Deputy officers were called but not before The Fiance recieved a good old fashion beat down for not minding her own damn business!
