David seagers has sold all land off of hwy 68 to Andretti theme park land to be demolished and cleared by end of July seagers has reported he has enjoyed being a great landlord to all tenants all tenants were informed to vacate property by mid July what a great thing that is happening bringing more jobs to sandersville and Washington county
