Small Town Oconomowoc Farmer Arrested

Small town farmer Matt Tokarski of Matt Tokarski of Oconomowoc WI was arrested the evening of 6/26/17 for indecent exposure and public rage.
St croix sheriffs department was notified of a man in mid 20s running naked shouting profanities down the usual quiet country road just south of town and just north of Tokarski residents.
Officers arrived at the scene and seen Tokarski nude demonstrating acts with a rubber inflatable doll in his driveway. Tokarski went with officers peacefully posted bail and was released. Charges upon Tokarski were dismissed on 6/28/17 when a video of the arresting officer was seen assisted Tokarski in demonstrating acts on the doll as well. Charges are being brought forth on the arresting officer for violating personal property of Tokarski
