Roberto Velez age 29 of St.Johnsville New York was seen breaking and entering in multiple houses in the St.Johnsville area. This is not the first time Velez has faces these charges. Previously two counts occurred in Amsterdam New York., where Velez previously lived. If seen please contact the St Johnsville Police Department.
