Tabatha Burton was arrested at approximately 2:30pm on June 30th for domestic violence.
When police arrived, Tabatha was violently holding down her husband tickling his feet which caused a scene loud enough for the neighbor’s to make the call to 911. He could not escape therefore she will could possibly also be charged with holding against his will.
All charged are pending. She is being held on a $100,000 bond in Randolph county.
