Teen on the run

wednesday afternoon Marcus Smith was charged with a deadly shooting around 3p.m a black suv drove thru the chad brown area 2 times the 3rd time witnesses say marcus walked thru the basketball court shooting “2 big black guns” the suv then began doing a buck and some change out of the projects,marcus then puts the guns in his pants and begins walking up the block a local resident tells reporters were he was later charged. we have one photo of suspect.
