To sexy to be in public

A local Mt. Vernon man has been arrested and held without bond. He has a long history of causing chaos and rioting everywhere he goes. It’s the same issue over and over again with this guy, and we just don’t know what to do about the situation said local authorities. Every time he steps out in public, his extreme sexiness drives the women nuts, and they just can’t control themselves and lose control. The women start fighting each other trying to be the first one to get to him and hopefully touch him. Local authorities are at a loss on what charges they can get him on for enticing all the chaos. As it stands now, they are holding him on a charge of being to sexy for the public.
