Tom Brady, star Quarterback for the powerhouse New England Patriots, could be looking at 30 years to life in prison for 3 counts of rape.
First victim, Jessica Baldwin, says she was out at a local bar near Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts (The stadium in which the Patriots play in). She said that Brady approached her and while they talked, he brought her outside.He led her to his Black Rolls Royce Ghost, when suddenly, he just snapped, as Jessica put it. “He grabbed my arm violently, opened the passenger side door, and forced me against the seat. He strapped me in, and gagged me with a glove while he zip-tied my arms together and put them underneath my legs. We then drove off to God knows where, and he did it.” Jessica claims she was raped my Tom Brady. And this isn’t the first time.
Back in 2005, what was then a 23 year old nurse, Sarah Hyde, has a similar story. She claims she was at a New England Patriots game against the Buffalo Bills, with V.I.P. tickets. The V.I.P. tickets granted her access to on-field viewing, and can even be spotted on live TV. After the 34-22 win, she was by the tunnel where the players were running through. Inside the tunnel, Brady stopped, she said, and said “wait outside, I’ll be in parking space D35.” She waited in that spot for a little over an hour before the Super Bowl champion finally met her. She was already cold and wet, on such a snowy day. So, he gave her his $230 brown leather jacket, and they raced off. He then stopped on the side of the road, where he proceeded to strip her of her clothes.
The final count of murder cannot be heard since the victim, Melissa Buddichen, died last week in a car accident.
The hearing is scheduled for July 17th.
