Treasure at Mansfield jetty!

A group of fishermen on Vacation from McAllen, Tx found what they thought was an old clay flower pot that washed up in a storm was actually a clay vessel filled with gold coins believed to be from a Spanish shipwreck that occurred on November 4, 1552. The fifty-four vessels under Captain-General Bartolomé Carreño set sail from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain only to meet there fate
on what was then known as Isla Blanca.
In an attempt to cash in on the Treasure they tried to exchange the gold coins at HEBs CoinStar machine where they were apprehended by Detecive Paco Herté after employees reported suspicious activity by what they said were “Drunk smelly Fishermen” ,the group have all been charged with conspiracy to launder property of the state a 3rd degree felony. When asked what they intended to do with the profits they said if they got away with it they would spend it all on boats and Hoes!
