James Hardesty was arrested in St.Louis Missouri Friday June 30th for possession of Marijuana,carrying an illegal firearm and assault.
It happened around 11:30am when STLPD received a call of a disturbance at Loves Truck stop on Broadway and Carrie St. upon arriving officers observed a white male in his late 30s yelling obscenities at another driver.Searching of the 18wheeler he was driving they found in James Hardesty’s illegal substances along with a firearm that had been reported stolen out of Ofallon Missouri earlier in the month.
Charges also were filed against the other driver.James Hardesty is being held in the St.Louis County Jail without bond
