UK’s First ASBO given for full frontal nudity

ASBOs were introduced by section 1 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which came into force on 1 April 1999. That Act has since been amended by the Police Reform Act 2002, the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 and the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.

in a landmark case held today at Wolverhampton crown court, the ASBO has yet again been amended to include; nudity.

the court heard today from several witnesses who gave evidence against the defendant Mr Mike Oliver, who stood accused of displaying himself naked, whilst on holiday with friends.
In his defence Mr Oliver claims to in in severe pain after his genitals were sprayed with deep heat.

The jury delivers a unanimous guilty verdict and Mr Oliver will refrain from displaying nakedness on all future holidays and in any pubic place for a period of 12 months.
