Veteran Restaurant Owner Buys Field to Develop NJ’s Largest Country Western Saloon and Dance Club

Brian Carter former restauranteur of one of the largest Pubs in NYC plans to house a massive Country Western Bar able to house Nashville’s finest performers in the country. He and 5 of his childhood friends (investors) bought the property for a song and rumour has it. There’s also a rumour that Carter whispered into Foo Fighters’ front man Dave Grohl as one of the key investors. Carter said, “our idea came up one night while sharing a glorious bottle of Pappi Van Winkle, Dave and I were trading ideas, and we both argued who actually came up with the brilliant idea. Both blamed the great bourbon.
Architects were hired right after the site was purchased. Shovels will be in the ground May 2018. Carter was further quoted saying “this will be the place that people from the Tri-State will have absolutely no problem traveling to, huge names will be promoted within the space. No other intimate plans were revealed except that there will be nights of line dancing with real cowboys and cowgirls teaching the two step and line dancing as well as dinner with a show and a huge stage for a huge concert presence.
