A 16-year-old Virginia Beach boy will be charged through the Virginia Beach County juvenile justice system in a shots-fired incident early Friday morning in Virginia Beach.
The teen, will be charged with recklessly endangering another person and possession of a firearm by a minor, city police Lt. Matthew Gerould said.
