Woman charged with Throat punching her husband

A woman was arrested after punching her husband in the throat. Kimberly Cochran, 31 of West Jefferson had come out the bathroom when her husband approached her with a clown mask on. Kimberly proceeded to punch him right square in the throat. Her husband was couldn’t speak but is ok tonight. She was taken to jail.
