Wyoming passes ‘Smoke free Workplace’

It’s official ladies and gentlemen, ‘Smoke free Workplace’ has been passed. Indoor Clean Air Act (ICAA) is the new Law that prohibits smoking within the workplace and within 10 ft of all entrances, exits, accessibility ramps that lead to and from an entrance or an exit, windows and air-intake vents. It will come into affect September 1st, 2017.
