Young Hispanic Male charged with attempted murder/ robbery on the run

This 15 year old young Hispanic male is charged with attempted murder and robbery after him and two of his friends walked into the family dollar on Chichester Ave Wednesday afternoon around 7:30. He was caught on camera with a gun in his hands taking money out of the cash register while the other two have the two employees pinned down to the ground. Is anyone sees him please call the nearest police station.
