Young male brutally shot 12 times

Young male brutally shot 12 times on the south side of Chicago on 71 Morgan street. Witnesses says that around about 6:43 they heard about 16 shots go off. Witnesses says a black male with grey sweat pants hopped out and started shooting. Rasean Green was pronounced dead at 7:09
