15 year old gunned down

15 year old Lavaughn Levy was found dead at Woodstock Orchards, Buff Bay, Portland apparently just moments ago.
A witness said the 15 year old was walking to his cousin’s house when a car pulled up and gave him 23 shots in his back.
He died crying for the pain to stopon his way to hospital.
