A 19 Yr old Male near Portland Avenue was Recently arrested On 1st degree Murder Charges after Firing an Asult Rifle into A Vehicle on Grafton st , police says they dont want led up to the incident but neigbors told them that they seen a young man walking up the st wearing all black and then stopped to approach an vehicle were there were two males sitting inside both in their mid 20s , she then added she seen one of the guys start to argue with the young man over something and thats when she heard over 30 shots rang out and begin to call the police . Police are still investigating the scene for more details.
