Joel Johnson is wanted for his alleged participation in drug distribution in the city of Woodbury Nj. Investigators said they’re still trying to track down 20 year-old Joel Johnson, of Woodbury Nj. He’s wanted for possession of a schedule II drug (marijuana) with intent to resale and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
