23 year old Donte Vaughan wanted for a double murder!!!

23 year old Donte Vaughan is wanted for a double murder , the first murder happened yesterday, July 11th, at approximately 7:50 p.m. Victim, Julio Ramsey 26, was shot 5 times and pronounced dead at the scene. Just a few hours later at approximately 9:54 p.m , Donte went on to kill 24 year old Richard Simmons , shooting the victim 5 times in his head , he was pronounced dead on arrival as well.
