Palm Beach County, Florida:
The Florida Department of Financial Servces and the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office has issued an arrest warrant for Stu Jacobs. He is wanted on two counts of Insurance Fraud and one count of Forgery. The Division of Insurance Fraud is attempting to locate this subject in reference to the outstanding warrant.
