Young boy Anthony Domingo Muniz is pernounced dead after he was standing outside and a black car pulls up and starts firing shots at the boy and after the boy fell to the ground the car quickly left the scene while Anthony Domingo Muniz was lying dead when the ambulance arrived at the scene it was too late
