Recent reports from FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security suggest that service dogs in bordering states are not properly trained to deal with culturally sensitive issues. And according to government sources the US Department of Homeland Security is going to pay 2.4 million dollars to get all service dogs up to date on current training.
