The Auburndale community is in complete shock after the recent discovery in Operation “B.A.M.M.” , one of Sheriff Grady Judd’s Polk County Prostitution Stings. After a month long investigation, undercover authorities cracked down on 13 individuals, 8 of which were females, in the Polk County area. The most surprising arrest made was Auburndale High Schools Head Cheer Coach, Lindsay Corbett.
“It’s very upsetting to hear the news about out Coach” said Pam Lancaster, Director of Athletics at Auburndale High, “Our girls have built a relationship with her and now they will have to throw it away”. Lancaster also stated “We will hopefully name a new cheer coach by the end of this month”.
According to Sheriff Judd, Lindsay Corbett, had told her family that she would not travel for a family vacation to Disney World. Instead, she was chatting with the undercover detective and agreed to meet the individual at a nearby Motel and perform sexual acts in exchange for money.
Channel23News tried reached out to her husband, but were not successful in these attempts.
