Brooksville Florida julia Jestes,caught lurking in the bushes

Last night around 2:00am a young girl by the name of Julia Jestes was caught looking in the neighborhoods bushes,she appeared to be very shaky and alert,she told officers that she had drink a pot of coffee and wanted to be on the special police spy team,she than kicked the officer in the leg and started hoping down the road like a rabbit.
