AP – Birmingham, AL. -Shark found in Cahaba River
July 17, 2017. This shark was caught in the scenic Cahaba River near Birmingham, AL. Dr. Carl J. Warner of the Cahaba River Citizen Patrol landed this 80 pound shark just north of the River Run bridge. “The heavy rain and man-made global climate change has resulted in a perfect habitat for these man eaters. This is the third shark netted this year on the river.”
