Cedar Rapids Police investigate report of man smelling bicycle seats

Cedar Rapids Police are investigating reports of a male smelling bike seats during the Cedar Rapids annual bar hop bike ride. Cedar Rapids police were called after reports of a man is outside of a bar smelling the bike seats of female Riders. According to reports one of those women stated” I think he got the surprise of his life when he smelled my seat after a bad batch of nachos I sharted on my way to this bar
