Cell Phones will be illegal in Public

Now a days people are always on their phones and a man the age of 20 was recently hit by a car and was seriously injured. So no you can not have cell phones out and if you are caught with a phone you will be charged to a fine or even jail time. So keep your phone in your pocket. This law will be passed December,29,2017.
