Lashon Williams of Cleveland was arrested Sunday morning on the Collinwood neighborhood in connection with the fatal shooting of off duty police officer Jared McCollins. Police say Williams and Collins got into an argument in the parking lot of Walmart when witnesses say Williams produced a handgun and fatally shot Collins before fleeing the scene. Williams was immediately identified by security surveillance camera in the parking lot. According to witnesses Williams was heard screaming f*** the police as he fled with an unknown female companion who is wanted for questioning.
