News reporters say a new worker for the Crazy Oyster at Tobay, just a 15 year old boy named Salvatore Minichello from Massapequa made an un intentional mistake. Reporters say he was serving soup to a table and dropped it on an unknown man reporters say it spilt on the man causing him to have third degree burn. Later on in the evening he was rushed to the hospital and pronounced in critical condition.
