just a few moments ago around 11pm today police was patrolling the area of 1000 block of south orange avenue when they discorverd a young black committing to a robbery which led to the victim being shot 4 times victum was pronouce dead at the scence the suspect is know as Tayvon Rascoe of Newark Newjersey suspect has been captured due to back up unit suspect is currently being held at essex county corrections suspect is charge with conspiracy:
