Drunken Lunatic on the loose in the Hammond area, stay vigilant and keep doors locked. Suspect is described to be a white male, beard, shaved head, athletic build & about 6ft tall. Usually seen wearing a cut off shirt, cargo shorts, & a scowl. He is usually carrying a beer bottle & a pocket knife, is considered armed and dangerous. Call 911 immediately if you see suspect, do not try to apprehend. Last seen driving a white truck/SUV south bound on Indianapolis Blv near 175th Street.
